This fully automated biometric solution is able to controls unauthorized access to HDB roof tops by restricting authorized personnel to open and enter the rooftops, schedule the access time period and sound alarm with realtime notification to Town Council should there is any unauthorized access. This solution also provide solutions for security control of pump room, switch room and trap door.

Fully Network System using internet connection by broadband and 3G network

1. No keys or card to carry by authorized personnels. Just need to register authorized personnel fingerprint and use the finger for access to roof-top and Pump Room.

2. Physical Identification - Only the correct person or fingerprint can get access to Roof-top and Pump room. No keys to pass or allow other to access

3. Can Schedule Access Time Period – allow town councils to schedule access time period from town council office. Example Area A supervisor access time is 10am to 12noon, he can open the door during this time. In this case, for all other period the doors will be securely locked even the authorized personnel finger cannot access.

4. Access Records are recorded and kept in the System – Each and every access will be recorded with the name of the person, time of access and which block and door unit. Thus, in the event of an incident, the system will be able to trace the last authorized person that open the door.

5. Door Alarm locally and at Town Council Server – System provide door sensor so as when the door is opened during no-access period, it will trigger a local alarm and also an alarm on the server indicating which block and which door unit the door security has been compromised.

6. Expandable system – can be used to cover big area and is expandable so as to all progressive installation of this system

7. Fully Automated and Secure – once the system is setup, only one personnel at town council need to manage and monitor this system. All data at kept at town council server and record are updated real-time.

8. Cost Effective and Efficient - Hardware cost is only the fingerprint reader with electromagnetic lock at each access point with broadband connection. One time setup cost and any change in personnel can be easily managed at Town Council to register new authorized users. No more key duplication and lock replacement cost.
